Our printing processes

Flexo reverse sandwich print

In flexo reverse sandwich print the print is protected between the carrier and the incomming film. The transparent outer layer of the packaging gives it a special depth effect with intense gloss and brilliant colors. The printed image is also protected and remains permanently abrasion-resistant without the need for an additional protective coating.

Flexo surface printing

Flexo surface printing is a proven letterpress process in which a raised printing plate is coloured with ink. The colour is transferred precisely by pressing it onto the plastic film. This process enables brilliant, sharp print images and is particularly suitable for large print runs and flexible packaging materials.

Digital printing

In digital printing, the print design is transferred directly onto the film without the need for printing plates or cylinders. This eliminates time-consuming setup processes and allows new designs to be implemented quickly and flexibly.
The process is particularly well-suited for small and medium-sized runs, personalized packaging, and frequently changing designs. It offers outstanding print quality, high resolution, and short lead times.
For large quantities, flexographic printing is usually the more economical choice due to lower  unit costs. In addition, not all film materials, as well as cooking, pasteurization, or  sterilization applications, can be accommodated by digital printing.
